Energizing Your Workday

This module will help you identify your current behaviors and learn new techniques to increase your personal energy.


Before you start the Energizing Your Workday module, take this preassessment to measure your current level of engagement and unlock the first of three helpful resources. Once you've completed the preassessment, you can continue on to Step 2.


Once you've taken the preassessment, click the Step 2 icon to learn more about how to feel better and increase your personal energy during the day. In this module, you'll:

  • learn the effects that physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and stress have on your energy.
  • identify your energy gaps.
  • improve your level of energy and effectiveness by creating an action plan.
